RETURNS, DELIVERY & REFUNDS
You have up to 14 days on receiving your goods to apply for a refund for an undamaged item.
To qualifty for a refund, Please return your order in the same unused condition and in its original packaging. On inspection of the items, a full refund will be automatically applied using the original payment method. The customer holds a responsibility to return the unwanted item to us at their own cost. We advise you pay for item tracking when returning an item. All goods remain the customers responsiblity until they arrive to us.
You have up to 72 hours on receiving your goods to apply for a refund for a damaged/faulty item. Please contact us for return address details.
Once an item is placed for an order online we cannot cancel the order.
If you order is damaged during delivery, please contact us with photographic evidence. We will either re-send the same product again, or refund you the full amount. In this case, we will happily also refund the postage cost incurred in posting the item back to us with your product refund.
